Thank you for your purchase from NORA,S JEWELRY! We want you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry. If you are not, we offer the following refund policy:

Return Period:

  • You may return most items for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. 
  • Please note that some items, such as custom-made or personalized jewelry, may be final sale and not eligible for return. 
  • Sale items may also be final sale. Please refer to individual product pages or inquire with customer service for specific details. 

Return Conditions:

  • Returned items must be in their original, unworn, and undamaged condition. 
  • All original packaging, including jewelry boxes, tags, and certificates of authenticity, must be included. 
  • Items must be accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase. 

Refund Method:

  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, either as a credit to your credit card or a refund to your bank account.
  • If the original payment method is not available, or if the item was a gift, we may offer store credit as an alternative. 

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the return is due to an error on our part. 
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package for the full value of the jewelry.

Additional Information:

  • Refund processing times may vary, but we will make every effort to process your refund as quickly as possible.

Exclusions:

  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry may be final sale. 
  • Items on CLEARANCE ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, they are final sale.
  • Jewelry damaged for not following the care instructions that should be taken.
